Clubs, societies and activities Your time at University Centre Leeds will be a social one. Join us on annual trips, social events and LCCSU summer ball, or if you have specific hobbies, our clubs and societies, including Game Culture Society, Law Society and the BUCS football team, cater for all. They are a great way to meet like-minded people who share similar interests. Our student representatives and ambassadors are always adding more societies to the list, with Debating and LGBTQI+ in the pipeline. As each one is student-led, you’ll have the opportunity to have your voice heard, and we always encourage fresh proposals for new ideas.

Have your say LCCSU will stand up for your rights and campaign on your behalf, and will always listen to your opinions. Student representatives are active at conferences, focus groups and management meetings, and the dedicated HE Officer represents all university students within the wider student body.

Support and guidance You will never be without a helping hand with our extensive range of support and guidance. We represent your voice and provide wellbeing support, in addition to offering employment, community and voluntary work opportunities.
